1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish Sausage -- cut in 1/4" slices 2- 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes -- undrained 2- cups water 1-1/2 cups uncooked converted rice 1 cup salsa 1 medium onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper 1- 4 oz can chopped green chiles 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Directions: In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir to blend. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until rice is tender.
