1 lb Lean beef chuck; 1-1/2" -cubes 3 md Onions- diced in small chunks 2 carrots- julienne style 1 small can of sweet corn 1/2 c Tomato juice or V-8 2 c Beef broth 1 tb Sugar 1 sm Can mushrooms 1/2 c Sour cream
Place all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Half an hour before serving, stir in sour cream.
