2 Round steaks, about 1/2 lb. each, cut about 3/4 in. thick 1/4 C flour 1 large onion, thinly sliced 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, sliced 1/2 tsp. black pepper & salt 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Place flour, pepper,and salt into plastic bag. Add steak pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat. Place onion in bottom of CP. Put meat on top of onion and cover with carrots, celery, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on high 3 to 5 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours.
