Neat Way to Use Up ANY Cranberry Relish or Salad!
Directions: Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed. Layer parfait glasses evenly with leftover salad and cream cheese mixture.
Nice way to ENJOY the cranberry taste, long after the turkey is GONE!!! LOL!
NOTE: You can also do this to use up your blueberries and other berries.
