Orange Sherbet Delight
1 angel food cake 2 cans drained mandarin oranges 2 (3 oz.) boxes orange gelatin 1 pint orange sherbet 2 envelopes of whipped topping mix
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2" pan with angel food cake. Put 2 cans drained mandarin oranges on top of cake. Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Mix in 1 pint orange sherbet with gelatin. Prepare 2 envelopes whipped topping mix as directed on package. Mix with sherbet and gelatin. Spread on top of cake and chill overnight.
