1 (15oz) can crushed pineapple 1 cup coconut 2 cups buttermilk 1 cup chopped pecans 1 (12oz) cool whip
Pour pineapple and juice into saucepan, bring to boil.Remove from heat and stir in coconut,buttermilk. add nuts. Fold in cool whip. Pour into bundt pan or ring mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate till congealed.
