APRICOT GELATIN MOLD
2 (1 lb.) cans apricots, drained 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Gelatin 1 1/2 pt. sour cream (3 c.) 2 c. hot water
Cherries, nuts or Cool Whip (for garnish if desired) Dissolve Gelatin in hot water. Mix pitted apricots with sour cream using electric mixer or blender (makes pureed) until well blended, add to Gelatin mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into lightly greased mold and chill until firm. Excellent with turkey or ham.
