Lemon Fluff
1 can evaporated milk 1 small box lemon jello 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup water 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice graham cracker crumbs
Pour milk into ice cube tray and freeze until crystals form. Prepare jello, using only 1 cup boiling water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Whip evaporated milk, beat in jello. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in bottom of bowl, add 1/2 of Fluff mixture, sprinkle with another thin layer of graham cracker crumbs. Add the rest of the Fluff, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs again. Chill til firm.
(this may also be made with orange jello and orange juice, lime jello and lime juice, etc. A favorite with the kids!)
