Crockpot Pudding Cake
1 (18 oz) box chocolate devil's food cake mix
1 (3 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream or ice cream
In mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, dry
pudding mix, sour cream,
eggs, water and oil; beat with electric mixer
on medium speed 2
minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Coat crock
pot bowl with vegetable
cooking spray; pour batter into crockpot bowl;
cover and cook on low
4 to 7 hours. Center should be just set.
Finished cake will be very
moist. A toothpick inserted near center should
come out with moist
crumbs when done. To serve: Spoon into bowls
while still hot and top
with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. This
is so good.
Decadent Chocolate Delight (Crockpot)
1 package chocolate cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup water
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (4 serving) pkg. chocolate flavor instant
pudding & pie filling
mix.
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker. Combine
all ingredients in
large bowl. Pour into slow cooker. Cover & cook
on Low 6 to 8 hours
or on High 3 to 4 hours. Serve hot or warm with
ice cream. 12 servings
Minister's Delight (CP) Q.C.
1 can (apple or cherry) pie filling,
21ozs. 1 box (18 1/4 ozs.) yellow cake mix
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 C. chopped walnuts, optional
Place pie filling in a slow cooker.
Combine dry cake mix & butter, (mixture will be
crumbly) sprinkle
over filling.
Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
Cover & cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Serve in bowls. 10-12 servings

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate bits
Cream together butter & sugar until light &
fluffy
Add eggs & beat well. Mix in cream & vanilla
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda
& salt. Add to
creamed mix
Fold in chocolate bits
Pour into well buttered & floured cake pan that
fits in the crock pot
Cover top of tin with 4-5 layers of paper
towels. Cover crock pot
loosely to let steam escape
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until tests done
Allow to cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack
before emoving from tin
Self-Frosting Fudge Cake (crock pot)
2-1/4 cups of a chocolate fudge cake mix
3/4 cup water
3 Tbsp oil
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup warm water
3 Tbsp sugar
Combine cake mix, 3/4 cup water, oil and eggs.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour in greased and floured crock.
Sprinkle nuts over batter.
Blend together syrup, sugar & water (1/4 cup).
Spoon over batter.
Bake in covered crock pot 2-3 hours.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MESS
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 pint sour cream
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (it doesn't
say what size)
1 small bag chocolate chips
