I'm hoping someone can help me here. I was given a recipe for a 30 day Amish cake. This is a starter cake which takes 30 days to complete. However, in order to begin this recipe, you need starter from a friend. I am trying to find out if I can start this recipe without starter, or how I can start it. If anyone can help me, please email me at
sschwab3@new.rr.com
and I will send you the recipe to help me decide what to do.
By the way, this recipe includes sliced peaches, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, and needs to be able to sit for 30 days in a gallon size glass jar. Hope this helps.
Thanks so much everyone.
Anxiously waiting........
Sandy
