4 to 8* pork chops 1 can cream of chicken 1 can cream of celery 1 can (approx. 15oz) tomato sauce 1-1/2 cups water (start with 1 cup and add as needed to reach desired consistency) 2 Tbsn soy sauce 3 Tbsn dry onion soup mix 1 bag wide egg noodles
Season chops as you would normally season your meats (easy on the salted seasonings, as pork is already a little salty). Brown under broiler 20 mins. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles. The sauce should resemble the thickness of a gravy to adhere to the noodles. Add chops and sauce to crock. Be sure the chops are smothered in sauce.
Cook on Low 8-10 hours. Serve over bed of egg noodles. Great with a salad on the side.
* I used 8 chops to ensure leftovers. You can use 4, but you will be left with a lot of sauce.
