For 10 months and older.
1/2 C. ground or cubed cooked meat (chicken, turkey, beef, or pork) 1/4 C. cooked vegetable pieces (peas, carrots, squash, green beans, corn) 1/4 C. cooked rice, potato or enriched pasta 1/4 C. milk or formula
Combine and blend or mash all ingredients until few lumps remain.
Combinations Beef, peas and potatoes Chicken, carrots and rice Beef, squash and macaroni Liver, green beans and potatoes
