Crockpot Italian Beef
3-4 lb. lean beef roast 2 cans beef broth 2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Place meat in crockpot. Add broth. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. When done, remove meat from broth and shred with two forks. Return beef to juice in crockpot. Serve immediately or hold in crockpot for awhile longer. Serve on hard, crusty Italian rolls.
