5 Quart Crockpot Vegetable Soup
1 Large can of V-8 2 lb. pre-cut stew meat (once more cut the chunks in half) 1 Canister "Soup Starter" or soup base 2-3 cups cooked pasta such as mini shells, alphabet or stars 1 (28 oz.) large can whole tomatoes (do not drain) cut each in quarters or eigths 1 diced onion 1-2 diced potatoes 1-2 Cups frozen vegetables of your choice: such as, carrots, corn, baby lima beans peas (add during the last 1/2 hour of cooking if time permits.)
Pour about 1/4 the crockpot full of V-8; add meat; soup starter or soup base; frozen and fresh vegetables, pour in more V-8 to fill 1/2 crockpot, then fill the remaining 1/2 of the crockpot full of water. Cover; Turn the crockpot on low; for 9-10 hours; add some precooked pasta and the frozen peas; cook for another 1/2 hour. Then serve!
