Clam Cheese Log
1- 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese 1 Tbs lemon juice 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbs chopped parsley 2 Tbs finely chopped onion 1- 4 ounce can pimento 2- 7 ounce ½ cans minced clams 1/3 cup finely crushed saltine's ½ cup finely chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese to room temperature; blend in lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and onion. Drain and chop pimento. Drain clams; mix with pimento and saltine crumbs. Blend into cheese mixture; shape into 8 inch roll. Coat with chopped nuts; chill thoroughly. ;D
