Milk Chocolate Cheesecake 8 oz. milk chocolate 4 3oz. pkgs cream cheese 3/4 C. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 T. cocoa, unsweetened graham cracker crust Preheat oven to 325*. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler ove hot water. Combine next 5 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in 30 more minutes with door closed. Chill 3 hours Jay
