Rum Balls Soften 125g Philly cream cheese—<br>Blend in 60g. Melted chocolate (Plaistowes) - or any good quality cooking chocolate.. 1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs (in australia Nice are nice) ) ( U.S.A. try graham crackers) ¼ cup sifted icing sugar—<br>¼ cup chopped walnuts—<br>I tblespn coconut—<br>2 teasps rum (or so) ¼ teaspn pure Vanilla essence. Shape into about 30 balls and roll in coconut - choc sprinkles or cocoa powder. Chill and keep in frig till needed.
