2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk 1 1/2 pounds hamburger meat 1/2 cup cracker meal 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 tbsp. grated parmesan 4 hamburger buns 8 oz. tomato sauce 3/4 tsp. crushed oregano 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine first seven ingredients together in a large bowl,mix well . Cut buns in half; toast. Divide meat mixture into 8 parts. Spread one part meat evenly over a bun. Place on cookie sheet. Make a well in each patty. Mix sauce and oregano together. Spoon 2 tbsp. sauce in each well and put cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8
