1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 3/4 cup tomato or V-8 juice 1 tbsp of Tamari or soy sauce 2 tsp vinegar ( I used apple vinegar )
Combine juices, soy sauce and vinegar in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until slightly thickened. About 3 min. Enjoy. Use in place in a recipe that calls for sweet and sour sauce.
