RHUBARB SQUARES 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut in small pieces
TOPPING: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup nuts 1 Tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes in greased pan. Cool. Cut into squares, serve with vanilla ice cream if desired!
