Grilled Pork Chops Seasoning: 1/8 cup of salt 1 tbsp of black pepper 1/2 tbsp white pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp sage 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp paprika 1/4 tsp thyme You'll also need: 4 pork chops 1/2 stick butter Melt butter in a skillet Season the pork chops on both sides with seasoning fry in skillet on both sides Remove the chops and season again (one side should be fine) Note: I know, that's a lot more seasoning than you'll need, but keep the rest around in a jar. You can use it on a bunch of stuff. Also, get the bone-in pork chops. I've tried the butterfly-cut and boneless, but the thin, bone-in kind work the best. I only put 4 pork chops in the ingredients for a reason. After about 4 or 5 pork chops the pan will get little burn crispy things in it.
