Macaroni Salad for 100 5-6 lbs. fully cooked ham, cubed 5-6 lbs. macaroni, cooked & drained 3 lbs. shredded cheddar cheese 2 bags (20 oz each) frozen peas, thawed 2 bunches celery, chopped (about 12 cups) 2 large onions, chopped ( 2 -2 1/2 cups) 2 cans (5 3/4 oz. each) pitted ripe olives, drained & sliced
Dressing: 2 qts. mayo 1 bottle (8 oz) French salad dressing 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c sugar 1 c. light cream 1-1/2 t. onion salt 1-1/2 t. garlic salt 1 t salt 1 t pepper
