Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream
1 cup butterscotch bits 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 oz. Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate 1 stick margarine or butter 1/2 tsp vanilla powdered sugar
Directions: Melt all ingredients in top of double boiler and stir over boiling water until smooth. Add some confectioners sugar if it seems too bitter. Pour over ice cream! This sauce will form a hard candy coating over the ice cream.
