1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) 1/2 cup chocolate syrup 2 cups whipping cream 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts (I usually use walnuts)
In a small bowl, combine milk and chocolate syrup; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture, marsh-mallows, and peanuts. Transfer to a freezer-proof container.* Cover and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. This will serve approximately 8-10 people.
*This does not need to be put in an ice cream freezer. After it is frozen, it will be smooth and creamy with no ice crystals in it.
