Crockpot Pepper Steak 2 lbs. beef round steak (1/2 in. thick) 1/4 C flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 medium onion chopped large 3 green peppers cut in 1/2 inch strips 2-3 chopped garlic cloves 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, not drained 1 T beef flavor granules 2 T soy sauce 1 T Worcestreshire sauce Cut steak into thin (1/4 - 1/2 in.) strips. Combine flour, salt, and, black pepper. Toss steak with flour mixture to thorughuly coat. Add to crockpot with 1/2 of the green pepper slices, and onion slices. Combine tomatoes, garlic, soy sauce, and, Worcestershire sauce. Pour into crockpot, stir it up to moisten ingredients. Turn crockpot to low setting. Cook for approx. 7 hours, then add remaining pepper strips. (This will give it a nicer texture however, you can put them all in to start with if you prefer) Cook for 1 more hour. If you would like the sauce a little thicker, you can make a mixture of 3 T cornstarch and 3 T water, turn crockpot on high stir into crockpot for last hour. Serve over white fluffy rice
