Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces 2 cups ketchup 2 cups brown sugar 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained Place the sausage, ketchup, sugar and pineapple in the slow cooker and mix together. Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, until sausage is cooked through.
