One cup ricotta cheese
One fourth cup monsarili cheese
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
One egg slightly beaten
One 10-ounce package chopped spinach cooked, and drained.
One half teaspoon of oregano
One fourth teaspoon salt
12 jumbo pasta shells cooked, drained, and cooled
One and three fourths cups spegetti sauce
Chopped parsley
In a mixing bowl conbine the cheeses, egg, spinach, salt, and oregano.
Spoon 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the shells.
Arrange the shells in a baking dish.
Spoon the sauce over the shells.
Cover with foil, and bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serves six
