2 sticks butter 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 pound mostacilli noodles 1 quart milk parmesan cheese
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese in bottom. Cook noodles 10 minutes and drain. Combine liquids and salt. Set aside 1 cup. Add margarine and liquid to noodles. Cook til mixture coats spoon (20 minutes or longer) Stir, pour into dish, add remaining 1 cup liquid. Cover top with cheese. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Cool at least five minutes.
