2 cups egg noodles, uncooked 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1 egg 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1. Cook noodles al dente. Drain; set aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan, egg, half of the cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Spread into a 9 inch square baking dish, top with remaining shredded cheese. 3. Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour, or until set. Yield: Serves 6-8
