Ingredients:
1 pound spinach 8 ounces fettuccine 8 cups rapidly boiling, lightly salted water 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
Instructions: 1. Remove and discard tough stems from spinach and wash spinach thoroughly to remove sand. Pat dry and finely chop.
2. Place fettuccine and chopped spinach in boiling water and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
3. Drain well and return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently to combine.

Makes 6 servings.
