Lemon Pepper Pasta
" Fast and easy to make anytime, and in advance. "
1 pound spaghetti 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste 1 tablespoon dried basil ground black pepper to taste Directions 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done; drain. 2 In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil and black pepper. Mix well and toss with the pasta. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 servings
