1 cup diced cooked turkey or chicken breast or reduced-sodium deli turkey breast 1/2 cup packaged cole slaw mix 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup shredded carrot 2 tablespoons reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise 1 tablespoon honey mustard 2 whole wheat pita breads
1. Combine turkey, cole slaw mix, cranberries, carrots, mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl; mix well.
2. Cut pita breads in half; fill with turkey mixture. Makes 2 servings
