2-3 lb. beef roast
10.5 oz. can beef broth
10.5 oz. can French onion soup
12 oz. can beer
Place roast in crockpot. Pour in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. Shred beef with a fork and serve on crusty bread. Spoon on leftover sauce or use for dipping.
