Green Beans with Olive Oil and Parsley Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. 1-1/2 lbs. green beans, trimmed 2 tsp. virgin olive oil 1 Tbs. parsley, minced 1/4 tsp. salt optional, or to taste Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3-4 minutes or until tender. Remove beans from pan. Rinse under cold running water. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Season with pepper to taste and toss.
