1 c. flour 1 c. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. paprika Salt to taste 2 lbs. chicken pieces 2 eggs, whipped with wire whisk or fork until foamy 1/2 c. chicken broth
In large bowl blend together the flour, sesame seeds, paprika and salt. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture. Mix together eggs and chicken broth. Dip flour coated chicken in egg mixture, then back in flour again. Brown chicken in deep fryer. Serves 4.
