Hi Nancy For people that need the newsletter in larger and/or bolder type all they have to do is copy the newsletter and then paste it into their own word processor. Word pad is fine. Then hightlight the text and make it as big and/or as bold as they need it to be. The letters can be made an inch high if the reader needs letters that high. People with low vision need to prepare their computer before they open anything in email so they can make the copy and paste quickly. Just by having a word processor open and ready to receive difficult-to-read text makes working with the computer easier. The internet is generic, but computers are personal and are meant for their workings to be personalized for the user. The internet can't possible personalize itself for each user. Not everyone using the internet or recieving newsletters needs large and/or bold text. But every computer user has the option of making the text their computer recieves larger and/or bolder or tiny for that matter.
I am a low vision user and I think your newsletter is perfect as it is leaving me the option simply making the text larger to fit my needs. Don't change a thing unless it lessens your work load. Anything adding to your work load forget. Thanks for all you do and Happy Holidays. Vivien
