Jenny you mentioned your fudge was too soft. We use that same recipe but add a large Hershey bar broken up to the hot mixture like you do chocolate chips. Also, making the candy mixture to begin with, we cook it 6 min. after it begins to boil. We use 1 stick of real butter and of course vanilla. Makes a huge batch of candy and is always ready to cut out when cool. KK
