I've been wishing I knew someone to ask this, and then thought of the Nancy's gang!! Does anyone know how to keep cookies sheets from getting discolored and sticky? Low fat and non fat recipes tell you to use Pam on the cookie sheets, but it ruins them. And with nonstick sheets, you can't use Brillo on them. Any ideas on how to keep cookie sheets looking new while using those cooking sprays?? Thanks so much, Love the newsletter! Mari Mari wanted to know how she can keep her cookie sheets from getting dark and sticky..tell her to use parchment paper to line them. the cookies bake beautifully and don't stick and the sheet pans stay looking as good as new. I have the non stick pan and they are a couple of years old and you would never know it to look at them. Also never cook french fries on your good cookie pans. Hope this helps her. Happy Holidays and keep up the excellent work. Another Nancy Live Well, Laugh Often and Love Much !
