This sounds interesting ... have no idea how it would turn out!
Ice Cream Muffins (not tried)
1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. softened vanilla ice cream
Line mini-muffin (tassie) pans with paper liners. Stir flour and ice cream together, just until moistened. Do NOT overmix. Fill papers 3/4 full. Bake at 350F., 20 minutes.
