Deviled Eggs
6 hard cooked eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 2 tablespoons chopped pickle or relish 3 tablespoons mayonnaise dash of tabasco or hot pepper sauce *top of green onion VERY finely minced
Cut peeled, hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Combine remaining ingredients with yolks and blend well. Refill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle green onions on the filled eggs. Makes 12 deviled eggs.

Put all the ingredients in a baggie & smoosh until well mixed.....snip one corner of the baggie then pipe back into the eggs.....quick & easy ;D
