Smoked Oyster Log 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese 2 Tbsp. milk 1/4 cup sour cream 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 - 3 oz. jar smoked oysters, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup pecans, chopped Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well. Place on waxed paper and roll to create a log about 10 - 12 inches long. Chill until ready to serve or about 1 hour. Roll log in chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
