Pork Satay Appetizers
2 lb. boneless pork loins - sliced into thin strips 4 minced garlic cloves 1 c soy sauce 12 oz Dijon style mustard ½ cup honey
Mix the garlic, soy sauce, mustard and honey. Divide the sauce; marinate pork strips for 30 minutes and reserve the other half for dipping. Remove strips from marinate and weave onto bamboo skewers. Grill for 3-4 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce. Yield; 16 servings (could use chicken instead of pork)
