Sauerkraut Sausage
1 ring of any kind of your favorite kielbasa sausage 1 can of sauerkraut
Slice and fry in electric skillet. Add 1 can of drained sauerkraut and continue to simmer at low heat until juices are pretty well gone. Serve on crackers.
