5 ounce jar cheese spread 1/4 cup chopped up pimento-stuffed green olives 3-4 slices crisp cooked and crumbled bacon slices dash of cayenne pepper 24 your choice crackers, or melba toast
1. place the cheese spread in a one quart bowl. Microwave on low one minute or until spreadable. Stir in the chopped up olives, crumbled bacon, and dash of cayenne. 2. Place the toast or crackers in a circle, on a round microwave safe plate. 3. Spread about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on each cracker. Then you can also garnish each cracker with an olive slice. 4. Microwave on high 45 to 60 seconds, or till the cheese melts. (Give the plate a half turn after 30 seconds if no turntable inside.) Makes 24.
