Makes 4 servings Ingredients 1 pound ground pork 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons minced onion 1 tablespoon minced green bell pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1/4 cup apple jelly 1/4 teaspoon curry powder In large bowl combine ground pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape pork mixture into about 30 (1-inch) meatballs. In large skillet brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain well.
In small saucepan combine tomato sauce, apple jelly and curry powder; simmer until jelly is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, stirring often.
