1 pkg cream cheese, softened (8 oz) 4 sml carrots, grated 1 c ground pecans 1 T finely chopped onion 1/4 c mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, carrots, pecans, onion, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until serving. Makes 16 servings.
This can also be used for rolled or ribbon sandwich filling.
Nutritional information: 131 calories, 13 g fat, 2 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 17 mg cholesterol, 65 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
