1 Gallon Pickled Eggs 4 Cans whole beets 2 doz eggs, boiled and peeled 1 C vinegar 1 C. Sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp cloves Pour off beet juice into a pan and add sugar to the juice. Put in the cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Bring juice and spices to a boil, then simmer. Place eggs in a gallon jar, put beets on top, pour hot juice over the top. Cool and refrigerate. Twist jar around to move them around occasionally Jay
