Shrimp & Fettuccini Platter 1/2 of a 1 lb.pkg. fettuccini, uncooked 4 Tbl. butter 1/2 lb. med. to lg. shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill OR 2 shakes dried dill 1 tsp. salt, if you wish - I don't use it 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper Prepare fettuccine according to package directions to al dente and drain. In laarge skillet, heat butter. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir until shrimp are opaque. Combine hot cooked fettuccine, shrimp mixture, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve hot with hard rolls or Italian or French bread rolls.
