Salmon Salad with Cilantro-Lime Dressing 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped red onion(s) 1/4 cup fresh fresh cilantro, you may substitute fresh parsley 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 4 salmon fillet(s) (about 1-1/2 pounds), you may substitute salmon steaks 1 medium tomato(es), chopped 1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces, you may substitute green leaf lettuce 1. In medium bowl, combine Mayonnaise, onion, cilantro and lime juice; reserve 1 cup for dressing. 2. Grill or broil salmon, turning once and brushing with remaining Mayonnaise mixture, until salmon flakes. 3. Stir tomato into reserved dressing. To serve, arrange salmon over lettuce and serve with dressing. Serves: 4
