1 3.3oz. jar sugar free, caffeine free iced tea mix with lemon 2 1.8oz. pkgs. sugar free orange breakfast drink mix 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. ground cloves
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container or package into 3 (1 cup) gift packages. To serve hot: Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoon of mixture into 1 cup hot water. Only 3 calories per 1 cup serving.

Mocha Cappuccino Mix #1
1 c. powdered instant creamer 1 c. cocoa 2/3 c. instant coffee granules 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Makes 33 servings. A nice gift. To serve: place 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. in a cup and add 1 cup boiling water. Stir well.

Incredible Instant Orange Java Mix
2/3 cup instant dry coffee 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon PLUS a pinch of dried crushed orange peel 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all dry ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until they have the consistency of a very fine powder. Use 1 to 2 teaspoonsful of the dry mix to one coffee mug of hot water. Store the mixes in air-tight containers

Spiced Cafe Au Lai Mix
2 c. non-fat dry milk powder 1/2 c. instant coffee powder 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon, cloves, and allspice
Mix all ingredients until well blended and place in an air-tight container. To present as a gift, spoon 1/4 cup portions onto squares of aluminum foil. Seal foil. Place foil packets in a decorative box or tin.
Tie with a coffee mug and with a copy of the serving directions:
For 1 serving, place 1/4 cup of the mix into a mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Frosty Swiss Mint Coffee

Instant Chai Tea Mix
1 c. pwdr. dry milk 1 c. non dairy creamer-dry 1 c. Fr. Vanilla pwdr. creamer 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. instant tea 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1tsp. cardomon
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. Makes about 4 c. mix
To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water.

Amaretto Cocoa Mix
10 1/2 c. dry powdered milk 4 c. powdered confectioners sugar 2 8oz. jars Amaretto flavored non-dairy powdered creamer 3 1/2 c. unsweetened powdered cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt
Use 8, pint size canning jars. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Pour equally into the 8 jars. Seal and decorate, and attach the recipe tag to the jar.
Amaretto Cocoa Place 3 large tbsp. of the mix in a mug. Fill with hot water or milk and stir well. Enjoy.

Bavarian Mint Flavored Coffee Mix
1/4 c. powdered non dairy creamer 1/3 c. powdereed confectioners sugar 1/4 c. good quality instant coffee 2 tbsps. powdered cocoa 3 hard candy peppermints
Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender/ food processor. Mix until the candies are completely chopped up and well blended with the other ingredients. Pour into the jar and pack firmly. Seal and decorate jar, and attach the recipe tag.
Bavarian Mint Flavored Coffee Place 2 - 3 rounded tbsp. of the mix into a mug. Add hot water, stir and enjoy!

Orange Spice Coffee Use this mix like you would with regular ground coffee.

Spiced Cranberry Cider Mix
1/2 c. dried cranberries 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tbsps. whole allspice 12 cinnamon sticks
Use a small jar. Combine the cranberries, cloves and allspice together and set aside. Place the cinnamon sticks in a resealable plastic bag. Place the bag into the jar. Add the mixed ingredients. Seal and decorate the jar, and attach the recipe tag.
Spiced Cranberry Cider You will need: 2 quarts apple cider 1 quart water contents of jar 2 sliced oranges Combine the cider, water and jar contents in a large pot. Heat and remove just before boiling. Add 3/4 of the orange slices to the hot drink. Use the remaining orange slices to serve with cider.

White Hot Chocolate Mix
1 tsp. vanilla powder 1 tsp. dried orange peel 1/2 c. grated white chocolate or white chocolate chips
Use a small canning jar. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour into the jar. Seal and decorate jar, and attach the recipe tag.
White Hot Chocolate You will need: 3 c. milk 1/2 c. mix, (the jar contents) Heat the milk almost to a boil in a small pan. Add the mix and stir until smooth. Serve and enjoy! Serves 4

Russian Tea
2 & 1/2 cup Tang 1 & 1/2 cup white sugar 1 - 12 oz of instant lemonade mix (Kool-aid) 2 tsp. cloves 1 & 1/2 cup instant Lemon flavored tea 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Measure out all ingrediants first into separate bowls. Layer the tang, sugar, lemonade and tea into jar as little or as much as you like. Repeat the layers often to make a pretty layered looking sand art type look. Add the cloves, cinnamon & nutmeg last. This is a very sweet drink.
Attach recipe below, to jar:
Russian Tea
Mix dry ingrediants well and replace into your jar for storage. Add 2 Tbls. into coffee cup and add hot water.

SPICED TEA MIX

Blend well store in air tight container.
ADD THIS NOTE TO CONTAINER:
To make Spiced Tea: Use 1-1/2 tsp. or more per cup of boiling water.

This spicy cider tastes delicious after winter sports, so here's just the gift for a hostess on a ski vacation.
1/2 cup dried cranberries 12 cinnamon sticks 1/2 tsp. crushed whole cloves 2 Tbsp. whole allspice
In a small bowl, stir the cranberries and spices together. Store in an airtight jar or container.
ATTACH THIS TO THE JAR:

One is never too old to enjoy hot chocolate, and this is a special way to share it with a friend. 3 cups powdered milk ½ cup cocoa ¾ cup sugar Dash of salt Sift the ingredients into a large bowl. Pack the mix into an airtight container.
Attach this to the Jar. Hot Chocolate Serves 1 4 tablespoons Hot Chocolate Mix 8 ounces boiling water Marshmallows or whipped cream Place the Hot Chocolate Mix into a mug. Pour in the boiling water. Stir until the Chocolate mix is dissolved. Garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.
~White Hot Chocolate Mix~
A great idea for a major chocoholic. 1 tsp. vanilla powder 1 tsp. dried orange peel ½ cup grated white chocolate or white chocolate chips Combine and blend the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
Attach this to the Jar. White Hot Chocolate Serves 2 1 and ½ cups milk ¼ cup White Hot Chocolate Mix In a small saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles form around the outside. Add the White Hot Chocolate Mix and whisk until the chocolate is melted. Continue to whisk until the mixture is hot.
